The CGCDC assists residents challenged by financial hardship to remain lease
compliant. These funds are set aside to provide residential stability despite financial difficulty. The CGCDC also offers residents referrals to additional case management services provided by city-wide agencies, local churches, and businesses associated
with our internal referral system.

Career Enterprise
The CGCDC focuses on economic development by creating job opportunities for current
and returning residents. These opportunities include apprenticeship programs, construction training, social enterprises, and entrepreneurship. This effort is accomplished by a collaboration of real estate development partners, local businesses, churches, and schools who work closely with the CGCDC.
